Ever since I was really young, I have had a special place in my heart for children. I grew up with five younger cousins that I was very close to and a younger brother who is now 11 years old. I started babysitting when I was about 13 and have been ever since. When I started babysitting, I made it my goal to make babysitting more than just a convenience for the parents. I wanted my time with the child I was watching to be fun for them as well. I believe that babysitting is more of a task than just making sure a child is safe while their parents are gone. It is an opportunity for me to have a positive impact on a child and if nothing else to just have a fun time. I have babysat kids with ages ranging from newborn to 13 and watched groups as large as 20 kids. I have experience changing diapers, using bottles, making simple meals or snacks, potty training, putting the kids to bed, and helping with homework.

Victoria babysat for our family on a regular basis for just over two years. We have three kids, ranging from a kindergartner to a newborn and she was great with all of them. they all loved her because she would play with them, listen to them and make them feel special. The only reason we stopped having Victoria sit for us was because we moved to a different state. My kids still talk about her. We would hire her back in a second!
