About Shelia

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential has been my professional focus for the past decade. As a certified teacher experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), I prioritize building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I adapt my methods to your child's unique needs by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex concepts manageable. I believe open communication with parents is essential to creating a collaborative, supportive environment. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or a school, I am dedicated to celebrating every "aha!" moment as we master Math, English, and Science together. **Summary:** I am a dedicated, certified educator with 10 years of experience specializing in personalized support and student accommodation plans. I truly look forward to helping your child thrive and discover their own academic success.
