My Early Child Development, Psych, and Social Work courses, along with personal and professional experience give me a strong foundation, further enhanced by CPR/First Aid Training and love for parenting books! I highly recommend Sheila as a caregiver. I have known Sheila since August 2024, and in that time, my son E. (age 3) has become close friends with her daughter E. (age 2). Sheila has a naturally kind and patient demeanor. I've had countless opportunities to observe her interacting with both children, and she consistently handles them with a calm and gentle approach and is always attentive to their needs. What has impressed me most is that Sheila treats E. with the same level of care that she gives her own daughter. She is wonderful at engaging them in play, managing small conflicts with grace, and creating a fun and safe environment. She’s also excellent at finding engaging and educational opportunities to participate in! Her ability to navigate the typical challenges of toddlerhood with ease is truly a testament to her character. Sheila is a warm, responsible, and trustworthy person. I have no doubt that she would be a fantastic and caring nanny or caregiver for any family.
