About Shelby

I've been an outdoor educator for six years, having traveled the world working with kids in all settings! My passion lies in experiential education and exploration. I have experience working with children in both childcare and educational settings having worked as a Naturalist for six years in both terrestrial wildlife and marine biology settings. I am a hiking guide for kids 5-13 and a softball instructor so I am comfortable with high energy and sports oriented kids! I have also been a full time live in nanny for a family with a newborn and 2-year-old so I am extremely comfortable with all aspects of childcare for all ages. I have experience driving 12 passenger vans with children and am a confident driver. I have a perfect driving record and have taken defensive driving classes! I currently drive an SUV and can transport three children with provided car seats.
