About Shelby
I'd describe my personality as easygoing, energetic, charismatic I like working with animals because they make us so happy! I grew up fostering puppies in my family home from a local animal shelter and have always loved taking care of our furry friends. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have a flexible schedule and help convince busy people nearby! I've been working with animals my whole life! Fostering and babysitting families with dogs and pet sitting for friends! In my spare time, I like to ski, hike, mountain bike, craft, and learn about all sorts of things! Shelby babysat for our family for about four years and became such an important part of our lives. She began caring for our oldest son when he was just two years old and continued through the arrival of our second son, lovingly caring for both boys. Shelby is patient, trustworthy, and incredibly nurturing. Our children always felt safe, happy, and truly loved in her care. She also demonstrated remarkable calm and capability during an unexpected situation where I had accidentally locked them out of the house. Shelby handled it quickly and calmly, keeping the boys safe and completely unaware that anything was wrong. She has a wonderful ability to roll with the unexpected while keeping everyone secure and at ease. We always had complete peace of mind knowing Shelby was with our children. We have yet to find anyone who meets the bar she set our whole family loves her, and she will always be a special part of our family.
