About Shelby

Hi! My name is Shelby, and I've been working with children for several years in both daycare, household, and nonprofit settings. I started working in childcare at 16 and have experience as a preschool teacher, infant teacher, and Assistant Director. I currently work as a nonprofit coordinator, supporting school-age children and teens. I especially love working with infants and young children and creating a calm, safe, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. I strongly believe in learning through play and nature. I'm also knowledgeable on developmental milestones and can help support your family and little ones! I am CPR and First Aid certified, hold my EEC Essentials certification, have a clean driving record, and am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work to continue working with children and families in a clinical setting. I'm reliable, patient, and truly enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents.
