About Shelby

Hi! I'm a full-time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with experience working closely with children of different ages and needs. Because of my full-time schedule, I'm currently available Monday-Thursday from 7 PM-11 p.m. for evening childcare, date nights, pet care, and household assistance. I'm reliable, honest, patient, and flexible, and I genuinely enjoy helping families however I can. I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, bedtime routines, transportation, pet care, and helping keep the home organized and running smoothly. Working as an RBT has strengthened my communication, patience, problem-solving, and ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children. I also have reliable transportation. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, photography, movies/shows, music, video games, airsoft, animals, and food. I love connecting with kids through their interests and creating a fun and positive atmosphere.
