About Shelby

Life can get exhausting and so busy, and as a parent you want to give your child the best that you can. I can say with full confidence that Shelby was the heart of our home for two lovely years. She truly was like an older sister to my daughter and son, ages 5 and 8 at the time. The care and support that I received is something that any family would be lucky to receive. She went on family vacations with us, helped take care of our three dogs, cooked for the kids, played with them, helped my youngest with bath time, was the best at giving advice, especially to my daughter who was dealing with some bullying at the time, and helped my son learn to read and write. My son was having some difficulty reading and writing in the classroom, and he absolutely did not want to listen to any other tutor that we tried to get to work with him. Shelby so delicately and lovingly supported him and not only taught him how to read and write but she showed him how capable and smart he was. That is the kind of person that Shelby is. She is more than a nanny. She is like family to us. A CARE giver down to her core.
