About Shelby

I have provided care for many families and their children over the past 10 years. I have always had a passion for children. Over the course of the years of being a childcare provider, I have been able to see so many children meet milestones and grow, which makes me enjoy my role even more. The past three years, I was a full-time nanny to a family of two children. I have gained relationships with not just the children, but also the parents. As a childcare provider, I feel as if this is a very important quality to have, because I want to make both the children and parents comfortable with not just me, but also the care I am able to provide for their children. I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, but found that working with children on a personal level is what I am most passionate about. Working and interacting with children has always been a passion of mine, and I have learned so much about myself through each child I meet.
