About Shelby

Hello! My name is Shelby, and I have over a decade of experience caring for all types of rescue animals, including dogs, cats, and birds. I also have experience working with young children in an educational setting, and am comfortable teaching the subjects of math, reading, writing, and music/fine arts. I have a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, and I have taken a leave to pursue my passion, which is caring for others! I'd describe my personality as Bold, Bubbly, and Outgoing! I like working with animals and children because my corporate life was no longer bringing me joy. I love to see a child ace a subject they are struggling in, or seeing a dog conquer their fear with training! I've cared for rescue animals since early childhood, and continue to this day! In my spare time, I like to pursue my other passion of real estate and flip houses. I am extremely kind, I did not pursue this venture for the money, but rather for the emotional value of what helping others brings!
