About Shelbe

Hi, my name is Shelbe. I'm a Tulane University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Public Health. I currently work as a medical assistant in a primary care office, assisting patients of all ages, including seniors. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have over five years of hands-on caregiving experience. I enjoy supporting seniors with daily activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to appointments. With my background in health and exercise, I promote safe mobility and independence while offering companionship and encouragement. I take pride in being reliable, patient, and attentive to each person's unique needs. My goal is to make every day easier, more enjoyable, and filled with dignity and care for the seniors I serve.
