Sheila has always been three steps ahead of me whatever the need is for our family. She has been doing this for a very long time and will anticipate good care for your loved one however the situation may present itself!! She is kind and compassionate, and encouraging. She's always willing to jump in and help no matter how the situation may present itself. There is no task too large or too small for her to come along side of you and be your support or to work independently of you. She sees the problems ahead of me and works swiftly towards resolution!! She's been incredibly dependable and I am confident that she will always follow through on her word. She has a way of interjecting humor into serious situations and conversations. It is always good to laugh and to see the positive side of otherwise unpleasant situations!! I am not sure how I would have made it through these last 12 months without her help and support.
