About Sheila

I cannot say enough good things about Sheila! She has been our nanny for 4 years (our only nanny in Boston, we had 2 nannies prior to her before we moved, so I can tell you a lot about hiring a nanny). She has been a real savior and I cannot speak highly enough about her. Sheila has >15 years of experience as a nanny for physicians families. She is incredibly flexible, can work very long hours if needed and our kids absolutely love her. She has never asked for a sick day and arrives on time. She deals with grandparents milling around the house, unpredictable changes in scheduling, sick kids and anything else that comes her way with grace and poise. I have had my kids' friends' parents tell me how impressed they are with Shay. She speaks Spanish and English well. She is CPR/first aid trained, COVID vaccinated and drives our kids around safely in her car. She has become a part of our family, but as our youngest is starting Kindergarten this year, we agreed that she would be transitioning back to infant care. We expect to keep in touch with her and have her involved in the kids’ lives as it works around her new job. I am happy to be contacted to speak on the phone for more detailed information if needed.
