About Sheila

Hi! I'm Sheila, a friendly, patient, and reliable caregiver with years of experience working with kids of all ages. I'm currently earning my master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Miami and I'm a certified RBT. I've worked with children since high school through summer camps, volunteer programs, and private caregiving. I enjoy creative play, homework help, routines, and building strong connections with the kids I care for. I tailor activities to each child's needs, whether it's crafts, reading, outdoor time, or winding down for bed. I also have hands-on experience with kids who have autism, ADHD, or other developmental needs. I'm CPR/First Aid trained, Seizure First Aid certified, and passionate about creating a safe, positive space for children to grow and thrive.
