About Sheila

I have a lifetime of caregiving experience including children, pets and elder care. Most recently was a wonderful physically healthy woman with dementia. Our daily activities included walks, hygiene care, museum visits, beach walks and any activity happening locally. My history includes the daily care for my mother who also had dementia and volunteering two days a week at Brookdale assisted living. I facilitated a music led chair aerobics session for the residents with dementia. I am patient, caring, empathetic and professional.
