The Special Needs population, is near and dear to my heart. I have two siblings with autism, they have profoundly impacted my career path. Over the years I have worked hands on with individuals with IDD/DD, both in group home setting, facility and in home. My experience as a CNA and EMT has given me the technical knowledge, experience to handle a variety of scenarios. My goal is to meet a client where they are, show them compassion, grace and patience!
