About Sheila

Becoming a trustworthy role model and watching children flourish is the most rewarding aspect of my 10+ years in childcare. I studied English and Creative Writing at The University of Texas and am fully certified in CPR and First Aid. My childcare style is creative and friendly, ensuring that every day is filled with engaging games, educational discussion, and creative/imaginative activities. I'm also happy to help your child with homework, offer tutoring, and can teach your child Spanish! I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and will follow your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child. Whether I am preparing healthy meals or leading crafts, my goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care for up to three children. I am also extremely comfortable caring for animals so I would be happy to care for your furry friends! I look forward to building a meaningful connection with your family and supporting your children as they reach their unique milestones!
