About Sheena

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With eight years of experience as a caregiver, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence, and providing families with peace of mind. I hold a graduate degree and certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have experience with special needs as well. Was just working with a paraplegic whom has a tracheotomy, 12 hour round shifts. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with care. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written daily reports and follow their preferred communication methods.
