Hello, my name is Sheena, I've consistently worked all shifts with youth who require behavioral and mental health support across a variety of settings including in-home, group home, facilities and educational settings over the past 11 years. Many of the youth I've supported have an autism diagnosis ranging from mild to severe. As a registered behavior technician I've worked alongside with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, clinicians, BCBA's, medical teams, educators , speech pathologists, occupational therapists, dietitians and direct support staff to create and maintain IEP's as well as behavioral support plans. I enjoy creating clean, safe, sensory appropriate environments for those in need to thrive. I pay great attention to detail and my approach is patient, caring, and nurturing.
