I am passionate about working with children because I understand how important early experiences are to a child's development. With my background in early childhood education and hands-on experience, I enjoy creating positive, engaging, and safe environments where children feel valued and supported. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and am both a daycare owner and a former before- and aftercare director. What began as a job has grown into a career I truly enjoy and am passionate about. I bring real-life parenting experience into my work every day. I am organized, patient, and proactive, and I take pride in being dependable and communicative with families. I enjoy working in a safe, respectful environment where I can provide dependable, nurturing care and build positive relationships with both children and parents.
