About Sheena

I have worked with the elderly & the disabled for many years. About 12 yrs doing In Home Care & 9 years at a Nursing Home. I enjoy being able to provide care and help, happiness and contentment for someone and help them with their daily wants and needs. To provide a continued healthy and enjoyable life. At the nursing home there was not enough time to give the kind of help, care and companionship that I believe they/a person deserves. Experienced; Personal care, bathing, dressing, oral cares/denture, etc. medication prep, checking blood sugars &administering insulin. Activities, games, crafts, exercise. Meal prep, laundry & cleaning. I am, & will always try to be a caring and thoughtful person, with a giving heart. I definitely believe contentment of a person can have wonderful mental, emotional & physical health benefits, even just a simple conversation/listening ear, someone to read to you or simply be around for kind companionship.. that cozy safe comfort everyone deserves.
