About Sheena

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and positive I like caring for seniors because it has always been my passion. I am an Occupational Therapist assistant and I have always loved caring for the older population. I'm looking for a job that is helping a senior with their daily activities and making sure they are safe and able to continue to live independently for as long as they can I started caring for seniors when I was 21. I became a Certified Nursing Assistant and then became an Occupational Therapist assistant at 25. I worked in a nursing home setting for 15 years caring for people with injuries as well as people with dementia. In my spare time, I like to workout and also love the ocean and going out on our boat. One thing you should know about me is I ran a half marathon three times! My skills include Assisting with ADL's, fall prevention and light housekeeping
