Sheba is the wonderful contact person for her mom, Elza, the caregiver who is the person for this account. And, I am so glad that we connected. From the moment Elza walked into my mother's home, she brought sunshine and positivity we all strive for. Elza is all heart. From the moment she met my mom, she wanted to care for her needs. Elza had just met her and my mom mentioned she was chilly, Elza sprang into action to go retrieve a sweater for her. This small action characterized her loving care. She is reliable, prompt and trustworthy. As a working teacher, when I'd get the text, "I'm at your mom's (with heart emojiis)", I could go on with my day knowing mom was in good hands! Now that our care needs have changed temporarily, we have to put a pause on Elza's employment and I feel awful about it. I know she will make another family happy.
