I am all about meeting kids and adults where they're at- at any given day. I am patient and realize that connections with support staff take time and trust. I am delighted to work with non-speakers, as I've come a long way in understanding communication cues and believe in "presume competence" as a core of how I work. While I love neurodivergent populations and have lots of experience with them, I also love neurotypical kids. All kids really are magic! I love to teach them things but also learn from them. I'm a curious, fun babysitter or caretaker.
