Hi! I'm Shea, a mom and Montessori teacher with over 8 years of experience in early childhood education. As both an educator and a mother, I understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your children with patience, safety, and genuine love. I have extensive experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and enjoy creating calm, structured, and engaging environments where children can thrive. I value healthy, active lifestyles and love incorporating outdoor play, reading, creativity, and balanced routines into each day. Families describe me as dependable, organized, and easy to communicate with. I have excellent time management skills and naturally anticipate needs before they arise.
