About Shea

Hello! I am a licensed teacher with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Cedarville University, OH. I currently teach at a homeschool co-op on Thursdays and substitute teach in district elementary schools the other days of the week, giving me a wide variety of experience and skills for working with kids. I am looking to use my knowledge and skills to help a family who needs support teaching their K-5 student(s) either part-time or full-time. And no, I don't have a favorite age to teach. Each grade is so different and I love them for different reasons! I believe it is my job as a teacher to help students discover and develop their unique talents, interests, and opportunities so that they can better serve others in their community. In my free time, I love to write books, sew clothing, and hold classes as a Mary Kay beauty consultant. I spend lots of time with family too!
