About Tineasha

I am in search of a full-time nanny or family assistant role. I have extensive experience in HNW households. As a childcare professional, I believe three characteristics that make me stand out are my curiosity, autonomy, and love for acts of service. One thing I've always shared with children is a natural curiosity about life. I enjoy learning different subjects, exploring new interests, and staying open-minded, which helps me build authentic connections with children and creates a sense of trust and comfort with them. I have experience caring for children across a wide range of ages, from newborns to teenagers with diverse emotional and developmental needs, including children with anxiety and a newborn with unique feeding circumstances that required extra attentiveness, patience, and specialized care. These experiences strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to individual needs, and provide thoughtful, responsive support.
