About Shay

I am extremely happy write a few words about Shay. She took care of our 3 yr old , when my wife and I very expecting our 2nd child and few months after. We were very happy to have her help out with our son. She taught our son critical language skills and helped create a daily routine for him. His vocabulary saw a dramatic improvement in a few weeks after Shay started. She also kept him engaged with play time, story time and other fun activities. During this pandemic, we were very concerned with sending our toddler to day care, so we were lucky to find Shay who created a very similar routine to Montessori at home and kept him engaged throughout the day with various activities. Another key thing Shay brings to her role is her dependability and punctuality, there have been no last minute surprises or disruptions which helped both me and wife immensely. We would highly recommend Shay for a childcare role.
