About Shayna

My goal is to not only provide affordable child care for your family, but to be a mentor, caregiver, and friend all in one! Experience: I've worked with kids my entire life: my mom did in home child care while I was growing up, and I worked professionally with kids for over four years. I got my CNA license in 21' and am currently in nursing school, so even though I don't currently work with children I am still a caretaker, and I would love an opportunity to work with kids again! I also was a volunteer preschool activities counselor for three years, so I have a lot of experience with that age range in particular. Additional Qualifications: I do not smoke, have my own car, and am trained in CPR and First Aid for all ages. I am also educated in and experienced with child development and have taken multiple courses at my local community college regarding the subject. Prior to changing to nursing and getting my CNA and pursuing nursing I was pursuing a degree in child development.
