About Shayna

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. I am an elementary teacher and mama of 2 young, happy girls. I bring a calm, patient, and creative approach to every day. I am comfortable caring for one child between the ages of 0 and 10. Whether we are playing outdoors, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I prioritize active learning. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, crafts and easy meals/snacks. I follow your preferred communication method to ensure you feel connected to your child's day. Having a car allows me to be a reliable partner for your family. I am comfortable with caring for your child at your home or mine. I do also have 2 daughters ages 19 months and 3 years old that I would be caring for as I care for your child. I hope our children and families can become wonderful friends!
