Shaylynne has been an amazing nanny for our two children, ages 1 and 6. She is highly reliable, kind, creative, energetic, and dedicated. Her caregiving instincts are exceptional, and her knowledge of child development is evident in everything she does. She is incredibly engaging with our children, getting down on the floor to play, reading books with fun voices, and creating games and activities that keep them learning and having fun. I trust her completely with my children (as well as my dogs!). She communicates well, uses great judgment, and consistently creates a safe, nurturing environment. My kids absolutely light up when she walks through the door, which says more than anything I could write. Any family would be lucky to have her. She is truly a gem.
