About Shaylin

Hi! I'm Shaylin-a wife, mom, and lifelong caregiver with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families. Originally from KC, I've called NWA home since I was 14. While I pursued a medical background and gained experience in healthcare, my heart has always led me back to childcare. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, encouraged, and free to explore the world around them. My goal is to become an extension of your family by creating a nurturing environment where your children can learn, grow, and reach new milestones with confidence. I have experience caring for infants through pre-teens, including children with special needs, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm excited to continue investing in another family's journey while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, kindness, and genuine care. I have lots of great references and my home is currently setup for a home daycare, while also meeting standard state regulations!
