About Shayleigh

Hi! I'm Shayleigh, it's so nice to meet you! I have spent the last five years working as a teacher assistant at a private institute of learning, where I worked one-on-one with students with special needs. That experience taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of meeting each child where they are. I'm currently in college studying child psychology, which has given me an even stronger foundation for understanding how kids learn and grow. I offer tutoring in math, science, English, and history, and I also know the basics of ASL 1, which can be helpful for students who use sign language. My goal is to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable by creating a supportive and encouraging environment where every student feels capable and confident.
