About Shayla

Hi my name is Shayla!! A recent High school graduate who is looking to help out families and make some extra money for college. Becoming a caregiver stemmed from positive experiences babysitting and a genuine desire to positively impact children's lives while supporting families. My four years of experience have taught me the importance of patience and adaptability, qualities I bring to every childcare situation. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I have CPR Training and always follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day, using their preferred method. Ultimately, I hope to bring a sense of fun and learning to your child's day, making your life a little easier.
