About Shayla

My experience comes from sharing three children with my husband of eight years, working in licensed daycares and preschools, and babysitting/nannying. Our daughters are 13 and 2, and our son is 7 years old. As a family of five, we care for a bearded dragon and a corn snake. In preschools, I cared for infants from the age of 6 weeks old to school agers up to 12 years old. During my professional experience, I obtained my Child Development Associate credentials, prepared lesson plans, and stayed current on safe sleep practices as well as First Aid/CPR training. I am dependable, nurturing, patient, and capable of caring for multiple children at once. It brings me joy to be able to help and gain the trust of families in keeping their precious little ones safe and comfortable. I love to do crafts and take trips to the park and museum. Also, I am available to run errands, do drop offs/pick ups, take care of housekeeping, and I don't mind feeding/walking pets.
