We love, Love, LOVE Shayla. She has been helping out with our little guy for about a year now and honestly, I don't think I trust anyone more. She is always excited to see him and play with him. She is always engaged and willing to meet him on his level, even crawls into his teepee with him. She does an amazing job redirecting him when he starts to through a tantrum. We are pretty laid back parents and don't have a ton of strict parenting methods but the things that we do find important she is more than willing to adhere to. She brings such a positive energy each time she watches our little guy and we appreciate her so much! We don't have any family that live close by so Shayla is always our go to. We consider her part of the family and appreciate her so much! I highly highly highly recommend!
