If I could give Shayla more stars I would! Our 18 month old absolutely adores Shayla and she feels like family. I hired her after a bad experience with a nanny because I wanted someone with a nurturing and loving presence who would be invested in their relationship with my daughter, and that is exactly who Shayla is! She nannied for our 6 month old daily until she began daycare at 12 months, and she still babysits for date nights. Shayla dog sits for my neighbor and always stops by to say hi and play with our daughter. She is the best!
