Hi, I'm Shay. I have been in childcare for about 3 years now. I grow to love it more each day. I currently work as a Preschool Lead & PM Closing Lead at a daycare. I began to work with infants first, moving my way to the Preschool classroom where I really found my rhythm. My favorite thing about children is growing along side them. I enjoy my job a lot but Im looking for something that more alines with my goals. I am currently taking classes for my ECE certifications and plan to potentially seek out my associates in the near future.
