Supporting seniors in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life has been a passion of mine for many years. As a Certified Home Health Aide, I bring a calm, patient, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to every home. I have experience with personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, household tasks, errands, transportation, respite care, and companionship. I am comfortable adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and providing memory-support activities. I believe great caregiving starts with getting to know the person--their routines, preferences, interests, and life experiences. My goal is to provide respectful, personalized support that helps each person feel safe, comfortable, valued, and as independent as possible in their own home.
