I am an experienced childcare and youth care professional with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in educational, residential, transportation, and family services settings. I spent 4 years working in Early Childhood Development, supporting children's learning, social skills, and emotional growth in a safe and nurturing environment. I also safely transported youth with physical and developmental disabilities, including securing wheelchairs and assisting with specialized mobility needs. As a Supervised Visitation Monitor, I facilitated visits between children and non-custodial parents while maintaining detailed court documentation. In a residential group home, I supported at-risk youth through medication administration, meal preparation, mentoring, behavior support, crisis intervention, and daily living skills.
