Shavaun has watched our 8- and 9-year-old children, one of whom has special needs and can be a bit impulsive at times. She handled both kids with such patience, understanding, and kindness. I really appreciated how attentive and proactive she was in keeping everyone safe while still allowing them to have fun and feel comfortable. It’s not always easy to find someone you can fully trust, especially when special needs are involved, but she made me feel confident that my children were in great hands. She balanced structure with flexibility, communicated clearly, and treated my kids with warmth and respect.
