It breaks my heart to only give Shaunta 3 stars. She is a wonderful person, super friendly and truly seemed to care about the job she is doing. The reason I could only give 3 stars; in the 8 days she was with us: *She was late a few times (no big deal, traffic and stuff happens) *She texted one hour before her shift she would be 2 hours late *She texted one hour before two different shifts that she would not be coming *The final day she didn't respond until an hour after the shift that she wouldn't be coming. I truly hope the best for Shaunta, but not being able to count on her to communicate in a timely manner and show up each day is a deal breaker. Otherwise, the care she provided was top notch. The care for my husband is, quite frankly, a lot. She handled it with grace and professionalism. Again, I truly wish the best for her.
