About Shaun

Hi there! I'm Shaun and I'm a Columbia University graduate offering tutoring services in Math or English. I would encourage students to articulate their thought processes, think critically, and demonstrate their understanding by solving problems. My skills include flexibility, communication, and encouragement. In terms of my background, I have a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia and majored in Psychology. I've taken high-level coursework in Calculus, Statistics, Chemistry, Biology, Cognitive Neuroscience, and Global Health. I also have received numerous awards and honors for outstanding academic excellence, leadership, and community service, and also graduated in the top 1% of my class in high school. Professionally, I work as a program coordinator for a recognized hospital system in NYC. I also have tutoring experience at the middle school and high school levels in Math, English, and Science.
