My experience in childcare has truly been a natural evolution of growth from babysitting as a young teen to becoming a Childcare Director at a prestigious preschool. From the age of 15, I was the known neighborhood sitter & quickly developed my nickname: "The baby whisperer." My patience & caring nature matched with motherly attributes have always created a positive impression on children & parents alike. Throughout High School, I worked at SCRUNCHY's playhouse, where I got to witness & understand the creativity children possess. Graduating from Rutgers University focusing on education, I knew I wanted to learn from children as much as I wanted to teach them. Shaunai was truly wonderful for our family. She took loving care of our newborn son and she was always thoughtful , gentle and calm. She used to cook amazing, and she kept things beautifully organized, making our days so much easier. We even loved how she brought her daughter over to play with ours and watching their bond grow was something special. Shaunai was like family to us through her warmth. We are so grateful for the time she spent with us.
