About Shauna

We had the pleasure of having Shay as our nanny for six incredible months, and we couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact she had on our family during this time. Our contract with Shay was always going to be for at least half a year, until I was done breastfeeding my son. Shay was consistently on time and her open and proactive communication style made us feel connected and informed about her work hours and our children's daily activities and milestones. Shay is a very talented artist, and the art projects she organized with our kids not only showcased her imaginative skills but also provided our kids with enriching and enjoyable experiences. We were delighted to see our children's creativity blossom under her guidance. Shay was also great at spending quality time outdoors. Whether it was a trip to the park or a backyard adventure, she recognized the importance of fresh air and playtime which our kids loved and was just great for their development. Managing the needs of a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old simultaneously requires a special talent, and Shay demonstrated this effortlessly. Her ability to balance the differing needs of our children showcased her adaptability and experience in childcare. As our family dynamics changed, Shay proved to be incredibly flexible, accommodating new schedules and adapting to evolving nap times as our children grew. I can't speak highly enough of Shay's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for our children. Her positive influence during the crucial early years of our kids' lives is something we will always cherish. While our time together has come to an end due to our shift to daycare, we wholeheartedly recommend Shay to any family seeking a nurturing and reliable caregiver.
