About Shauna

Hi, my name is Shauna! Child care has always been where my heart is, and I've dedicated over a decade to supporting children in a variety of enriching environments. My passion lies in helping kids grow with confidence, creativity, and kindness - and I would love to be a part of any child's journey as they grow up. From 2014 to 2020, I worked in one of the top school districts in Colorado in a before- and after-school. I helped create a safe and supportive environment for children, leading activities, supporting learning, and building lasting relationships with both students and families. Since 2021, I've been a Unit Director for the Boys & Girls Club, where I've overseen youth programming, and created fun, educational spaces for kids aged 5-18. My work there from 2021 to 2025 has deepened my leadership skills and reaffirmed my love for child development and youth mentorship. I do have an updated CPR certification as of March 2025! I would be happy to provide plenty of references!
