About Shatya

Hi! My Name is Shatya, and I've been helping care for children for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the one family and friends relied on to help raise younger siblings and cousins. I even babysat for one of my teachers while I was in high school, and I loved every minute of it. Now as a mother to my own soon to be 3-year-old son, I understand even more deeply how important it is to have someone you fully trust, caring for your child. I bring both personal and hands-on experience with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids. I am patient , attentive, and naturally nurturing. I can help with meals, naps, playtime, potty training, and bedtime routines. I also don't mind lending a hand with light housekeeping or homework. I care for every child as I would my own. I'm flexible and willing to work with your family's needs. I am also CPR certified and volunteer at a childcare facility working with infants and toddlers.
