As an LPN student in a beginning nursing program, I am driven by making a meaningful difference in people's lives. With a college degree and one year of hands-on experience, I am dedicated to supporting the well-being, independence, and dignity of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, errands, shopping, and light housekeeping while approaching every interaction with compassion and patience. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and responding to confusion with understanding and care. I value learning each individual's preferences and personal history, and I keep families informed through written daily reports and their preferred communication methods.
