About Shatia

I am a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant with 11 and a half years of experience providing quality care to patients and residents in a variety of healthcare settings. Throughout my career, I have gained experience working in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and hospital settings, including experience with Penn State Hershey Hospital. I am currently working as a hospice aide, where I provide compassionate, personalized care and support to patients and their families during some of life's most challenging moments. My experience has strengthened my skills in patient care, communication, teamwork, and providing comfort while treating every individual with dignity and respect. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for and take pride in bringing compassion, patience, and dedication to my work every day.
