Hi! I'm Shai, a dedicated caregiver with 5 years of professional childcare experience. My passion is early childhood development, and my current roles reflect just that! During the school year, I work as a Pre-K Paraprofessional, helping young learners build foundational social and academic skills. In the summers, I bring that energy to the camp setting, creating fun, safe environments specifically for 3-5-year-olds. To further my commitment to this field, I am currently pursuing my Master's in Early Childhood Teaching. My classroom background means I excel at structured routines, positive behavior reinforcement, and planning creative, age-appropriate activities.
