I am a retired RN, with four decades of caring for patients. I am compassionate and a dedicated professional committed to supporting the health, dignity and overall well-being of those in my care. I focus on creating safe, respectful and engaging environments so that older adults can maintain independence. I love building meaningful connections so the senior enjoys a fruitful quality of life. I strongly believe that every person deserves to be treated with patience, kindness and respect. I promote wellbeing that includes physical health, mental stimulation, social interactions, and spiritual encouragement when appropriate. My approach emphasizes active listening, empathy and individualized care. I work closely with families and caregivers. I also take pride in providing personal care, cooking, some housekeeping and I have reliable transportation.
